Kids Yoga
A weekly children's yoga/mindfulness class offered by Shelley Powell. This class will include poses, breathing exercises, dance, crafts and affirmations which promotes health, self-esteem and self love. In these classes, Shelley loves to combine playfulness as well as structure.

Ages: 4-9
Date: Mondays, April 22nd, April 29th, May 6th and May 13th.
