The Friends of Salem Park and Recreation would like to welcome you to participate in our 1st Annual Golf Tournament at Olde Salem Greens Golf Course on Saturday, May 19, 2018.

All proceeds from this tournament will go directly to help support The Salem Park and Recreation Department.  Your support would enable us to enhance our program offerings and be used towards defraying the cost of programs for those families who may need financial assistance.

The cost per golfer is $60.00.  Lunch is included (steak tips, chicken, rice, zucchini and summer squash.  Tee-time is 9:15 sharp.  We will limit the foursomes to 16 (maximum of 2 groups starting at each tee).  This will be a scramble format.

Registration forms and checks should be dropped off or mailed to Salem Park, Recreation and Community Services at 5 Broad St. Salem, MA.
