This class will focus on improving strength and balance, while building lean muscle for weight loss, bone strength and increased energy.  Each week, personal trainers, Heather Jones and Caitlin Gettler will lead you through a challenging circuit -style workout.  A variety of equipment will be utilized: BOSU, medicine balls, free weights, kettleballs, agility ladders, risers, stability balls and your own body weight.  All ability levels welcome.  * 8 participant maximum.

Date: Mondays, January 9, 2017- February 27, 2017 ( no class on 1/16 and 2/20)
Time: 5:30-6:15pm
Location: Salem Community Center, 5 Broad St. Salem
Fee: $60.00 for the 6 week session, $12.00 drop in rate
