January 17th - March 7th (no class on 2/21 and 2/28)
Session Five:

Session Six:
April 25th - June 6th ( no class on 5/9)
Session Seven: 
June 13th - August 1st ( no class on 7/4 and 7/18)
Session Eight: 
August 8th - September 12th

Time:
6:00-7:00pm

Fee: $45 for a six-class session or $9 per class drop-in fee


Place: Senior Center, 5 Broad St.        


Participants will be introduced to Rasamaya Yoga, which features smooth, flowing transitions. This class will include movements and postures that stretch and strengthen feet, Achilles tendons, hamstrings, glutes, back, and upper body, and open the hips. Exercises complement serious running or other aerobic exercise programs.
