Participants will be introduced to Rasamaya Yoga, which features smooth, flowing transitions. This class will include movements and postures that stretch and strengthen feet, Achilles tendons, hamstrings, glutes, back, and upper body, and open the hips. Exercises complement serious running or other aerobic exercise programs.
